The model is shown your reply codes and a description of each, never the wording, and it answers with a code. The words a visitor reads are always ones you typed.
It hands over rather than guessing
When nothing fits, the bot leaves an internal note saying why and transfers the chat to your team. It never leaves a visitor waiting on a bot that has given up.
